Supplier asked high sample fee (125 USD). After ordering the sample, they first increased bulk order price. Eventually declined to manufacture bulk order. We think suggesting bulk order before sample is ordered, and declining bulk order after sample has been paid is a fraudulous activity. We with to receive sample fee refunded.
